Migration FAQ
Will my voters lose their data?
No. Vote counts, post titles, status, original creation dates, comment threads — all preserved. The only thing that doesn't carry over is individual voter sessions (different domain), but the count behind every post stays correct.
What about my Canny SEO equity?
Old Canny URLs (yourbrand.canny.io/feedback/foo) keep working until you flip DNS. When you do, we can set up 301 redirects to your new Supoid URLs. Most teams take a tiny temporary dip then recover within 4–6 weeks.
Is this just bait? You're cheaper because you do less?
