Do you charge per user?

No. Flat per-workspace, every plan. A 5-person team on Starter pays $29 — not $145, not $295. Per-seat billing for a feedback tool is backwards: more teammates seeing the loop is the whole point.

Is there a free trial?

There's a free forever plan — no credit card. You can use Supoid with one workspace, three teammates, and 50 feedback items per month. Upgrade only when you need more.

Is Supoid a fit for my SaaS?

If you're 1–20 people shipping a B2B SaaS and tired of triaging Slack/email/Intercom feedback by hand, yes. If you have a 50-person product org with PMs, sales engineers, and an enterprise procurement process — Featurebase and Productboard are probably a better fit today.

What is a feedback board?

A public page (e.g. feedback.yourapp.com) where customers post ideas, vote on others, and follow status changes. We give you one per workspace by default; share the link in your app, in onboarding emails, or wherever your customers live.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plans are month-to-month or yearly with a 17% discount. Cancel from the customer portal — your data stays put on the free tier.

Do you support GDPR / EU data residency?

Yes. Workspace data lives in EU (Frankfurt) by default. We sign DPAs on Growth and Business plans, and we never train AI on your customers' content.

Can I export my data?

Anytime. Every workspace can export feedback, votes, comments, and changelog entries as JSON or CSV from the dashboard. The public REST API (Growth+) gives you live access too.

Do you offer self-hosting?

Not currently. Self-hosting is on the roadmap for Business+ customers — vote it up if you'd like to see it sooner.

What happens if I exceed my quota?

We'll warn you at 75% and 90% of your monthly feedback limit. Going over pauses new submissions until the next cycle resets — never delete data, never charge surprise overage fees.

Question 10

How does AI clustering work? Will my data be used for training?

Accepted Answer

Embeddings via OpenAI's text-embedding-3-small. Summaries via Anthropic Claude. PII is regex-masked before any AI call. Both vendors have zero-data-retention agreements with us.

Can I migrate from Featurebase or Canny?

Yes — both offer JSON export. Send us the file and we'll do the migration for free on Growth and Business plans. A self-serve importer is on the roadmap.
