How it works

Connect GitHub
Settings → Integrations → GitHub. Install the Supoid app on your repo. We listen for `pull_request.closed` events with `merged: true`.

Mark which PRs ship to customers
Add a `userFacing` label or a `Supoid: ship` line in the PR description. Refactors and dependency bumps are skipped automatically.

AI drafts the release note
Sonnet 4.5 reads the PR title + description + linked feedback clusters (if any) and writes a Markdown draft with a category, suggested version, and an excerpt.

Review, polish, publish
Open the draft in the changelog editor. Tweak the copy, add a screenshot, hit Publish. Linked roadmap items auto-flip to 'Completed', voters get an email, the embed widget refreshes within minutes.
