Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Supoid ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Supoid is a SaaS platform for collecting customer feedback, building a public roadmap, and publishing changelogs. We may add, remove, or change features over time. Major breaking changes are announced at least 30 days in advance via email and the in-app changelog.

2. Account responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA).
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. You may operate multiple workspaces under a single account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Upload illegal, infringing, hateful, or malicious content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, plan caps, or security mechanisms
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the hosted Service
• Use the Service to compete directly with us by reselling or rebranding the platform itself (using it inside your own product is fine)
• Use the Service to train an AI model that competes with Supoid

4. Customer content

You own all content you and your customers submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to operate the Service and provide it to you.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of Customer Content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Subscriptions, payments, refunds

• Free tier requires no payment. Paid plans bill monthly or yearly via Polar.sh.
• We do not refund for partial billing periods. You can cancel any time and retain access until the end of the period you paid for.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing yearly subscriptions are honored at their original price until renewal.
• Failed payments trigger automatic retries. After repeated failures, paid features are paused; the workspace stays on the Free tier.

6. Termination

You may delete your account or workspace any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

Upon termination, paid features stop immediately. Data is kept for 30 days (the deletion grace window) and then permanently erased.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) US$100, or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Supoid against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your Customer Content, or your unlawful use of the Service.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the operator's place of business, unless a consumer-protection statute in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right to a different forum.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance of the updated Terms.
