We built the importer specifically for Productboard's CSV export format. No engineering, no manual data wrangling. Most teams ship it on a Friday afternoon.

Export from Productboard
Insights → Export feedback → CSV. Productboard gives you a feedback.csv with name, content, status, submitter info.
Requires Productboard admin role. Free on every Productboard plan.

Drop the CSV in Supoid
Settings → Import → pick Productboard as the source. We map Productboard's status names (candidate, in discovery, in design, released, won't do) to Supoid's status enum.
Free Supoid plan covers the first 25 imports — enough to validate the mapping looks right.

Point your DNS
Replace your Productboard portal CNAME with Supoid's. Vote counts carry over even though sessions don't.
Most teams keep both running for 1–2 weeks before flipping.

Connect Stripe (read-only restricted key) and every voter's email auto-resolves to a paying customer. Suddenly your roadmap sorts by revenue, not vote count.
Productboard has no native Stripe / MRR integration.
